　　4. Representing Chinese Petroleum Corporation to handle the retirement
　　　pension case.
　　5. Representing China Airlines to handle labor law case.
　　6. Representing Formosan Rubber Company to handle labor law case.
　　7. Representing Achem Technology Corporation to handle labor law case.
　　8. Representing Japan Asia Airways to handle labor law case.
　　9. Representing Feng Ho Company to handle labor law case.
　　10. Representing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Taipei Office to handle labor
　　　law case.
　　11. National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall used to regulate that a female
　　　employee had to resign once she got pregnant. After our firm filed a
　　　petition for their female employees stating that such regulation
　　　discriminated female workers and violated the principle of
　　　gender equality, the Memorial Hall and the Ministry of Education
　　　abolished such regulation. Later, after several years’promotion, Taiwan
　　　enacted the Gender Equality Employment Act.
　　12. Representing 800 employees of Chung Hsing Bank to file a lawsuit to
　　　claim compensation for the bank’s unilateral act in decreasing the
　　　employees’salary.
　　13. Representing the employees of Carrefour to claim overtime work
　　　payment from Carrefour.

Ⅱ. Construction and Government Procurement Law

　　1. Representing RPTI International Ltd. to arbitrate for claiming
　　　compensation for the mass
　　　 rapid transit engineering.
　　2. Serving as the arbitrator for the arbitration of the disputes of the
　　　procurement of police-use communication equipment by
　　　National Police Agency.
　　3. Defending for the bid rigging case involving the 2nd terminal of
　　　the Chiang Kai-shek International Airport.
　　4. Defending the Tamsui Bus Company for the procurement case of
　　　the Tamsui Town Office.
　　5. Representing Jen Hsin Construction Company to file a petition
　　　against Hsin Chu County Government’s inappropriate action in
　　　not to finalize a bid.　As a result, Jen Hsin Construction won the bid.

Ⅲ. Antitrust & IP Law

　　1. Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TSEC) was determined by the Fair
　　　Trade Commission to be abusive in monopolizing its position. Our firm
　　　was authorized by TSEC to file an administrative appeal. Later, the
　　　Administrative Appeals Commission of the Executive Yuan revoked the
　　　order of the Fair Trade Commission.
　　2. Chinese Petroleum Corporation and Taiwan Sugar Corporation jointly
　　　invested in setting
　　　up gas stations. Our firm handled the relevant coalition and fair trade case.
　　3. Representing German Knipex Company to handle the trademark
　　　infringement case.
　　4. Representing Yuan-Liou Publishing Co. , Ltd. to handle the copyright
　　　of Jin Yung’s martial art novels and Hu Shih’s books.
　　5. Representing many companies to handle the copyright of books cross
　　　the strait.

Ⅳ. Finance Lease

　　1. Authorized by Chailease Finance Co. to handle finance leasing case.
　　2. Representing Evergreen Leasing Co. to handle finance leasing case.
　　3. Providing legal consultation services with Orix Leasing Co.
　　4. Representing Kang Ho Leasing Co. to handle relevant cases.

Ⅴ. China Law Practice

　　1. Serving as the Legal Counsel for the KMT’s trip to China & Communist
　　　Party President Hu Jin-tao led by Chairman Lien Chan.
　　2. Authorized by the Executive Yuan to conduct research on the organization
　　　and the function of the cross-strait intermediary group. Later on, based on
　　　our research, the Strait Exchange Foundation was established.
　　3. Providing legal services with China Airlines Co. for the investment in
　　　China Cargo Airlines Co.
　　4. Representing Japanese Yado Electronic Co. to sell its factory in
　　　Guangdong
　　　to Taiwanese electronic company and providing the relevant legal
　　　services.
　　5. Handling the bailing out of a Taiwanese businessman detained by
　　　the customs of the PRC.
　　6. Handling the trademark dispute of a famous coffee chain store in
　　　the PRC and
　　　won the case.
　　7. Representing a Taiwanese company to handle the arbitration in the
　　　PRC for the joint venture in Shanxi and won the case.
